Deepak Sardana is an academic, entrepreneur, and a business consultant. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of A.D. Craft Desires Pvt. Ltd. Prior to founding A.D. Craft Desires, he was an academic member of Australian School of Business (ASB) of University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, the only business school of Australia to consistently figure in top-50 Financial Times ranked business schools of the world.

In 2007-08, he worked closely with the Director (School of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at ASB) and other senior academic members to completely revamp the Exec-year MBA course at Australian School of Business, which in subsequent years resulted in better worldwide ranking of the course. He has also assessed many Executive-year MBA Business Plans. For 2009-10, Deepak (along with two other international scholars) received a prestigious research grant from the Australian Research Council (which is equivalent to National Science Foundation of USA).

Deepak has done research and consultancy in the field of policy, entrepreneurship and strategy formation. His research papers have been accepted for presentation in several prestigious ‘A grade’ international conferences (such as Academy of Management Conference, Schumpeter Conference, European Academy of Management Conference, Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference). He has also published his work in peer reviewed international journals (such as Journal of Small Business Management, Science Technology & Society).

Deepak has a doctorate in Business Administration from The Australian National University. He has also earned MBA and M.Phil (Science Policy) degrees.
